Genesis Sun is a social company located in the United Kingdom with the mission of supporting and motivating youth to complete their education and move on to great things in life. They do this by coordinating online and offline activities in classrooms and neighborhoods.

What the Client Required

The product's intended use is to boost students' self-esteem and inspire them to learn more by completing quizzes, games, and team challenges.
As a result, the client would like to have a mobile application for both Android and iOS that integrates with the backend system established by client partner Jumar. Wireframes with high-level requirements have been supplied, requiring our team to design a more user-friendly UI/UX and turn the specifications into precise task breakdowns.

Challenges

The client's busy schedule may slow down the team's response time to the team Q&A.

Users aged 13 to 18 who value cutting-edge user interface design are the focus. To please end users, the team gets a large number of modification requests pertaining to UI design.

Difficulties in coordinating between the project's leader and the team developing the project, who may be located in different time zones.

How the program may be made accessible for user testing prior to release (to live).

Solutions

Reduce the amount of time and effort needed from the client by having an internal conversation to summarize the Q&A, as well as provide follow-up answers to each topic.

Collaborate with clients to increase productivity and get the best design for end users.

Schedule critical communications for both the product owner and the development team. Before each meeting, meticulously prepare and offer the discussion topic and demonstration.

Facilitate testing (for Android and iOS) using platforms such as Test Flight, allowing end users and clients to test the program prior to release.
